Refund Policy

At Ummeed Ek Nayi Kiran Foundation, we deeply value the trust and support of our donors and contributors. As a non-profit organization, all donations made to us are used to support our social and charitable initiatives. However, we understand that there may be situations where a refund is necessary.

✅ Eligibility for Refunds

• Refunds are applicable only if the donation was made in error or due to a technical issue (e.g., duplicate payment).

• The refund request must be made within 7 days of the transaction date.

❌ Non-Refundable Contributions

• Donations made voluntarily and knowingly are non-refundable.

• Donations made towards completed or ongoing campaigns are not eligible for refunds unless there is a valid dispute.

• Date of transaction

• Reason for refund
